We specialize in LONG TERM RENTALS, with one of the largest portfolios, covering Nerja, Torrox, Frigiliana and surrounding areas. Our standard rental contracts are for a term of 11 or 12 months, renewable. Our contracts are written in Spanish and English. We also have a portfolio of properties, which are available for shorter lets, through The WINTER MONTHS, usually for a term of 6 months, typically from October or November.

Renting since 2002, we have a vast experience, we only show you the properties, which meet your criteria, contact us, as soon as you have an arrival date , we will do everything else, taking away the stress. Our office is situated in Nerja, our doors are open if you need help and advise, helping you settle in to your new home.

We can give you contact details for internet providers, How to get an NIE number, open a Spanish bank account, etc. We can arrange for a taxi to collect you from the airport. We can also arrange car hire for you.

It is also possible to pre reserve a property, ready for your arrival, via the internet and email communication. Villasol will ensure to answer your questions, in an open and honest manner, Communicating as much information as possible, prior to your arrival.
